Does anyone know of any legitimate work from home jobs for registered nurse?

I have done personally, but through word of mouth know people who have 1. worked for insurance companies, or in the offices and call centers MD (search Telenurse, or telehealth RN) 2. worked at home with research companies, but I think you have to put in the time before they can work at home. 3. have worked as home health nurses. Not exactly the work at home, but is more flexible than when in hospital.
