
How can I stop putting on weight now work at home?
I started working at home two months ago and am already 14 pounds. I now weigh 171 pounds and I have been trying to get to 123 pounds forever! I think they get bored and eat all day. I also stopped exercising because I'm not leaving the house much as before to.
Eating can be such as smoking, in the sense – and only in the sense – which can become a bad habit. If you sit in front of a screen computer all day, every day, then will associate eating sandwiches on the computer as normal. If at 11am and 2pm is a cup of coffee and a cream cake, you will always have an everyday life at that time. If this is the call any bells – likely alarm bells – not panic! The key, is to break the cycle. If you eat on the computer – STOP! They have normal meal breaks and meals at the table. Structure your day as you would if you worked for an employer. After his daily work is done, a bit of fresh air. Take a walk, to the gym. Choose a destination on a map and walk round. And good luck!
