What are the best communities to buy a home in Denver, Colorado?
What are the best communities to buy a house in the area Denver, Colorado? I will be moving there next summer and my workplace will be in all of southern Denver area. I am looking for an area with good schools, low crime, nice track and houses in the range of low to mid 300K. Mainly interested in new homes (new tracks)! Thanks I think the company I work is moving to either Littleton or Greenwood Village. I am moving to Southern California and the traffic is bad here, so any trip less than 30 minutes is fantastic.
It depends on where exactly is moving a. Denver's South West Littleton (Jefferson County) and southeast of Denver Aurora. He does not live in Colorado, but always I preferred the Jefferson County, however, may be closer to Castle Rock. Denver area is huge and the traffic is terrible. It really depends on where you are moving from.
