Create a team of people supporting them in their business so they can focus on activities that they love and make money.

However, recruitment staff is one of the biggest obstacles to my private clients struggle to get more. I fully understand because I have fought this tooth and nail for years! I feel myself thinking, "I can do that. I do not want to pay for someone to do that! What a waste of money!"

Can you relate?

Never forget the day when those thoughts began to limit me forever. I complained to a neighbor about how much he had to do, how long she wore, and how they actually only wanted more time with my family and get to bed at a reasonable hour. Unexpectedly, he offered to help me do some research, create a letter, make copies, create mailing labels and stuff some envelopes. Although I knew I could handle these simple tasks, I worried to let go of this important project. But something in me said to go for it. I gave him some direction, and within a few days I called to say that it was over. After she left the project out, I felt so incredibly euphoric. The jobs that were completed had nice – no extra effort on my party! It was really incredible! The weight to be lifted was actually life changing and I was totally hooked on the idea of not having to be the Lone Ranger in my business already!
