What is the best way to generate business referall when you're starting your loan pipeline?
I am a loan officer WAHM I'm trying to think of new ways to advertise myself.
Business Referall means you want your customers to refer you. This is not same as advertising. What can be done, however, is to offer its customers a $ 50 gift card to Home Depot for each referral of success (be specific your payment upon the successful closing.) Thus given incentives to refer friends and reach more customers. Do more than $ 50 in sales anyway, and if you just bought a house, can certainly use a bit of money on deposit at home!
